This project is rooted in the comfort and warmth of my childhood summers in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and my lifelong passion for all things English. After more than 20 years in Minneapolis, I’m excited to share that love by bringing the authentic taste of UP-style Cornish pasties to Minneapolis— hearty, comfort food shaped by tradition and stories, is comfort you can hold in your hand, made from local quality ingredients, always from scratch, and perfected with your feedback.
